Our return policy lasts30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For damaged items upon delivery, we only do replacements. We can offer you the same item, an item with the same value, or multiple items with the total value the same as the original item. Also, you can only apply for a replacement within one week prior to the delivery date, beyond that we can no longer issue a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send before contacting us. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We do recommend emailing our support team for full inquiry details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment merchant .
